How Many Types of Vitamins and What are The Works of Vitamins?

Vitamins are the needy nutrients for the human body to function properly and to fight against diseases. The human body cannot produce vitamins, so we must get it through foods and protein supplements, the human body needs 13 essential vitamins to work properly.

There are two types of vitamin categories divided  

  1. Fat-Soluble Vitamins
  2. Water-Soluble Vitamins

1.Fat-Soluble Vitamins:- Fat-soluble Vitamins mostly found on foods that contain fat, the human body absorbs vitamins as it does dietary Fats, Fat-soluble vitamins do not dissolve in water. Here is Vitamins which contains fat soluble Vitamins: – Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.

2.Water-Soluble Vitamins:-  Vitamin which can easily be dissolved in water, Water-soluble vitamins are delivered directly to the human body tissues but are not provided to keep stored in the body. Sources:- Some Natural sources of Vitamin A are:- Orange and Yellow Fruits & Vegetables, eggs, Spinach, Carrot, Melons, etc. 

Vitamin B:- Vitamin B plays an important role fora good energy level, it maintains psychological health, and proper brain functionality.
